Mauricio López Villers
Mauricio López Villers is a senior lawyer with extensive experience building legal functions from the ground up at high-growth companies, including Flinto, Grin and, most notably, Clara, where he joined as the company's first hire, built and led its legal function as Global Head of Legal for six years. He advises founders, investors and growing businesses on complex regulatory, transactional and strategic matters.
